By working with us, you not only save time and money, you have piece of mind as well. Here are some tips to reduce costs and speed up your painting experience: 1. If possible, make sure the areas we are painting are empty. This will allow us to have the room to paint properly without having to spend time moving and covering furniture etc. Time is money and the more time you save us the more you save. If you cannot do this, place all large items in the center of the room prior to our arrival and cover with poly and seal with masking tape. To save even more, cover all of your flooring with poly as well. Prepping the areas to be painted takes most of the time so doing even this will save you $$$$. 2. If you are painting your entire home and you wish for it to be done all at once it would be highly advisable to either go on vacation or stay somewhere else until the painting is complete. This will allow us to properly seal everything up prior to painting, which protects your belongings and speeds up our cleaning at the very end. Saves you money! Once this is done, your home will be unusable until its complete. If we are spraying you don't really want to be there anyways. We can offer hourly rates, square footage rates or a combination of the two. Here are some simple painting estimate scenarios including two coats and cuts as well as minor drywall repairs: New 3 bedroom house Estimated Time to paint: 2 to 3 days 1250 sq.ft Walls only $1000 to $1500 Walls, Doors and Trim Brushed or Sprayed Estimated Time to Paint: 4 to 7 days $1900 to $2100+
Estimated Time to Paint: 4-5 days 1250 sq.ft Walls only $1500 to $2500+ Walls, Doors and Trim Brushed or Sprayed Estimated Time to Paint: 6-7 days $2100 to $3500+
Estimated Time to Paint: 2 days 900 sq.ft repaint Walls only $800 to $1600+ Walls, Doors and Trim Brushed or Sprayed Estimated Time to Paint: 3-4 days $1400 to $2600+ Extra repairs like major drywall issues are billed at $45.00 per hour spent working on them. Each of these will be fully explained prior to starting and agreed to by the customer.
